Easy Crockpot Potato Soup

Cook Time: 6-8 hours

Serves: 6


1 – 30-32oz frozen southern style

Hash-brown potatoes

½ cup chopped onion

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 – 14.5 oz cans of chicken broth

1 can cream of chicken or cream

of celery soup

1 – 14 oz can of corn, drained

1 small pkg. of Read Bacon Bits

4 oz. cream cheese softened

½ cup shredded cheese, your choice (optional)


 Combine all ingredients, except for the

Cream cheese and shredded cheese

 Mix well and cook on low for 6-8 hours

 Add the softened cream cheese the last

30 minutes

 Stir well until soup is smooth

 Spoon into bowls and top with shredded

if desired
