“ELLO “

 YIKES, IT’S THE ROZZERS!!

Of which is short for a Police officer “Bobby”, a nickname for British policeman in the UK, named after Sir Robert (Bobby) Peel, who founded Britain's Metropolitan Police Force in 1829.

It was not a popular move, but in time, the police force was accepted by the people, although it took a while, due complaints about the infringement of civil liberties.

As to the popular culture cliché of British policemen saying "'ello 'ello 'ello", it was derived from the traditional greeting used by police officers when approaching someone or addressing a situation.

United Kingdom police officers known as Peels man / Bobby/ Copper, why the Copper reference name? This is because their badges were once made of copper.
