Understanding the 25th Amendment

The end of JRB as the 46th President of the United States of America is nearing and much must be addressed with it. As President Biden continues to go down the path of cognitive decline, of which is now obviously accelerating, he might be put out to pasture via the US Constitution (Twenty-Fifth Amendment. Section 1: In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation and/or perhaps wording such as "For the good of the country and due to his failing health", the Vice President would become President, thence, V.P. Harris would take command of the U S Presidency,

Should she too, could be removed from office (extremely doubtful), the Speaker of the house, would automatically become the US President, fine line here though, as she could nominate a new VP, who could become President with no public input, all that would be necessary would be approval of a majority of the House and Senate and the taking of the oath of office.

If the vice president was unable or ineligible to ascend to the presidency (or if the office was vacant) the speaker of the House would be next in line under terms of the Presidential Succession Act, which was first passed in 1947. However, when the vice president becomes president, the speaker does not move into the office of vice president. The legislation only specifies who is to become president.

When the position of vice president becomes vacant, the 25th Amendment states:

25th Amendment: Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

the 25th Amendment provides the procedures for replacing the president or vice president in the event of death, removal, resignation, or most likely incapacitation due to health.
